Elemental Yoga Retreat in the Portugese Mountains
Everything about the retreat was nurturing , from the amazing venue set in the unspoilt nature of the Portuguese mountains, through to the food , which was absolutely delicious and wholesome and of course the wonderful yoga, which was playful, challenging , restful. And it was all brought together by the fantastic team at Oru who went out of their way to make the trip special in every way , and helped the group to develop an intimate bond. Thank you Oru
