Oru began in 2019 with a small, passionate team, and since then, we’ve grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined. When we opened our Sutton site in 2023, it marked a huge step forward - not just for us, but for the vibrant community that’s grown around it. Now, with over 100 team members, we’re united by a shared mission: to create positive change through sustainability, biodiversity, accessibility, and diversity. We’re especially proud to support our local communities by welcoming residents to join our team, reducing the need for long commutes and strengthening local economies. With a leadership team that’s 50% female and 40% LGBTQ+, we’re building something truly inclusive - where everyone can thrive together.
