Shruti is a London based yoga teacher, born in India, who began practising yoga with her mum when she was 9 years old. She completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training at Sampoorna in Goa, India while she was working full-time in the city. Describing herself often during her previous career in legal recruitment as “highly meditated”, yoga is Shruti’s spiritual practice, which has allowed her to find balance and harmony in her life as a whole. She also uses yoga as a form of physical therapy after three knee operations and is inspired to help others find their version of a regular yoga practice to support with rehabilitation. In her yin and restorative classes, Shruti creates a calm space and brings her experience in Indian Head and holistic massage therapy to offer an intuitive and nurturing touch to help you relax. Her flow classes help you gently build strength and balance, with chilled playlists to motivate and restore. When not at the studio or in a treatment room, Shruti runs wellbeing platform Yoga Mapp and works on retreats to help people immerse themselves completely in the art of deep rest and relaxation.

Tim’s classes are less concerned with textbook alignment and classical yoga poses but focus on offering ways for people with differing physical needs to find their own interpretation of the practice. Being visually impaired and blind in one eye, Tim doesn't see in 3D or have depth-perception (making balancing postures his nemesis!). As such, he designs classes with a real focus on being accessible to all - and is as likely to encourage falling out of poses as he is to holding them. He is interested solely in how a posture feels, rather than what it looks like. Expect dynamic and fun flows that inspire a creative take on the practice, where you’ll be encouraged to adapt each and every pose to make it work for you. Think ‘Moving + Breathing’ rather than a traditional yoga class.

Erin Prichard has been teaching yoga for over 21 years and has trained hundreds of teachers. Originally from the USA, she has been the lead teacher trainer at Yogarise for 10 years, and has had the privilege to teach yoga both in the UK and globally in a wide range of settings, including studios, schools, refugee centres, prisons, charities, businesses, and retreats. Her teaching style is a blend of all traditions and schools she has learnt from, including Hatha, Vinyasa Krama, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Trauma-informed Yoga. Her classes may touch upon current events, the nature around us, Buddhist principles, neuroscience, and karma yoga. She wants others to feel better in their bodies and in her classes you can expect a combination of traditional asanas with functional movement.
