This autumn, Oru Dulwich will open a new sauna suite, a dedicated space for deep rest, physical recovery, and genuine restoration. This will be a 10-person sauna. At its heart: an infrared sauna, designed to support your body and calm your mind.

Whether you're unwinding after a workout, managing stress, or simply carving out time to slow down, the sauna is here to help you do it properly.

Oru Sauna is a natural extension of what Oru has always been: a place built around the whole person, where wellbeing isn't an afterthought.

Dulwich Sauna coming Autumn 2026

The traditional sauna: Hot stones and heat have been central to wellness cultures for thousands of years. Traditional sauna raises your core temperature quickly, promotes intense sweating, opens the pores, and creates a powerful sense of release. Primal, effective, and deeply relaxing in a way that's difficult to replicate.

Infrared Sauna. Where traditional saunas heat the air around you, infrared works differently, warming the body directly from within. A gentler ambient temperature that's easier to sit in for longer, while the therapeutic effect penetrates deeper into the muscle and connective tissue. Particularly well regarded for sustained relaxation, joint comfort, and cellular repair.

How to book:

We will open up 1-hour slots that will be bookable through memberships and to the public in advance. We will be offering sauna-specific memberships as well as add-ons to current memberships and drop-ins.

Our existing members will have the first opportunity to sign up to this opportunity.
