11th - 14th July 2025
Summer UK Yoga Retreat with Sarah
Join the wonderful Sarah Logue for a summery weekend of yoga, chilling and nature in the most beautiful surroundings. Taking place from Friday 11th - Monday 14th July 2025, you are invited to come deepen your yoga practice, detox from screens and busy city life, and make wonderful new connections along the way. You can expect a full programme with lots to enjoy, but plenty of space for rest and relaxation in the Canterbury countryside.
You’ll enjoy daily yoga classes including vinyasa, rocket, yin, meditation, inversion practice, and opportunities to journal and do group work. You’ll enjoy a soothing sound bath, a relaxing hot tub, and plenty of opportunities to relax in the beautiful grounds, sunbathe, play tennis, go off on walks, and dip in the local brook.
We believe that going on retreats can be such a transformative and nourishing experience, even if it’s just a long weekend. The pace of life can feel a little relentless sometimes, so investing in this special focussed time just for you can help top up your energy reserves, connect you with new lovely people, and help build healthy habits into your routines and life.
Whilst all levels of experience are welcome and catered for, we recommend having at least 6 months experience of regular yoga practice in order to get the most out of the retreat. You are welcome to come alone or with friends, our Oru retreats are always about community and meeting like minded people, so if that’s what you’re looking for then come and join us.

We will be staying at a small, family run estate set in the stunning countryside of East Kent, less than 2 hours drive from London. The estate has some interesting history; being previously owned by Christine McVie from Fleetwood Mac for 25 years.
-
Every day we’ll be eating vibrant, colourful and highly nutritious organic veggie food, to nourish us from the inside out! With plenty to choose from served buffet style, our shared group meals will be a highlight of the day!

By Train
The nearest train stations are:
Canterbury West
Canterbury East
If you are coming from London, the quickest trains are from King’s Cross St Pancras or Stratford, and takes about 51 minutes to Canterbury West. The trains to Canterbury East are slower with more stops. We recommend a local taxi firm: Green Light Cabs - 01227 722 222. A ride is £15 one way, and takes 10 minutes. We can help with lift sharing if you let us know time of arrival.
By Car
2 hours drive from London, exact directions to be shared with you at a later date

Yoga is about connection & community! Sarah loves to weave this in all her classes, encouraging you to cultivate a practice that is uniquely yours, making the space for a couple giggles and sighs along the way. A typical class tends to have a creative flow weaved with a few challenging postures (options will be given for all level of practitioner), a philosophical theme & a steady mindful breath; all geared to let you leave the mat, a little calmer, stronger & lifted. Assists will be offered but consent will always be asked. Sarah specialises in Vinyasa, Rocket & Children’s Yoga, and has also trained in Trauma informed practice, Bhakti Yoga & Yin. Sarah’s ever evolving personal practice draws from both Buddhist & Bhakti teachings, - from here she loves to share snips of different teachings and meditations. She’s also thoroughly addicted to coffee, so if you ever have a spare 15 mins after a class…
