The journey so far
Oru El Saltador started its life as a large traditional Andalusian farmhouse but fell into disrepair.
Claudia Scholler - the previous owner - took over the site in 2001, installing solar panels across the site, and approached the development with sustainability and re-use at the forefront.
The vast amount of land has permaculture potential and often hosts local events such as Flamenco concerts and the “Fiestas de Payasos” (Clown Festival).
The site consists of two buildings in fully operational condition on 81 acres of land.
