Booking Policies
Summer UK Yoga Retreat with Sarah Logue, Fri 11th July - Mon 14th July
What’s included
3 nights accommodation
2 meals per day plus afternoon snack, delicious homemade organic veggie food
unlimited teas through the day
2 yoga classes per day, plus one afternoon workshop

Travel to and from the retreat centre
Treatments
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your spot on the retreat.
Cancellations and COVID-19 policy
If Oru Space cancels the retreat for any other reason than COVID-19/Pandemic issues you will be given a full refund
If Oru Space cancels the retreat due to COVID-19/Pandemic issues you will be given an opportunity to complete the retreat at another time.
Oru Space cannot be held responsible for reimbursing any uninsured travel and/or expenses should the retreat be changed or cancelled in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or COVID-19/Pandemic. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
Payments
The non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your spot
Lead booking name is responsible for settling the agreed costs for their party.
Final payments are required 6 weeks prior to the retreat.

By 28/02/25 - 100% refund (exc. deposit)
By 31/03/25 - 50% refund (exc. deposit)
By 10/04/25 - 0% refund
Travel arrangements and visas
You need to book your own travel for this retreat
You must book your own travel insurance as soon as you have booked your space
Travel insurance must cover all travel, activities and yoga classes on the retreat.
Oru Space does not take responsibility for any travel disruptions, cancellations or delays to your travel arriving or departing from the retreat.
Health and Safety
You must advise Oru Space prior to the retreat if you have any illness, injury, other medical conditions, or are currently pregnant, or recovering from pregnancy or surgery
Before booking, please ensure you are physically fit enough to travel and take part in classes, and if you are unsure then we advise that you consult a doctor to ensure you are fit to attend
In case of emergency, we will endeavour to assist you in every way but Oru Space does not take responsibility for any accidents or injuries you may receive on the retreat
We endeavour to make the retreat environment a safe place for you, however, we will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur on the retreat
Classes and activities are taken at your own risk

Allergies and dietary requirements
All allergies and dietary requirements will be catered for, please make us aware in writing no less than 4 weeks before (by 11th June 2025) the start of the retreat.
All food will be vegetarian with vegan, gluten free and celiac options available.
Group Cohesion
We operate a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment and/or bullying. Everybody should feel that they are in a safe environment while with us on this retreat. Therefore, anybody found to be not abiding by this will be asked to leave the retreat.
It is important to us that our retreat community are kind to one another, kind to retreat centre staff, Oru space staff and teachers. Any behavioural issues will be addressed and if we cannot come to a solution you will be asked to leave.
