Summer Yoga Retreat with Martyna: Re-ignite your spark
Join Martyna for an energising, vibrant summer yoga retreat at our beautiful site in Andalusia. Over 5 days you will be guided on a journey of reconnection - reconnecting with your body through play, movement, and rest, reconnecting with the abundant nature all around you, and reconnecting with your humanity through community and heartfelt conversation.
This is a wonderful retreat to help you restore your vitality, have fun and embrace the wonder of being alive in your human form. Each morning will start with a dynamic yoga practice including practices like Mandala Vinyasa, Dynamic Vinyasa and Rocket. There will be space for meditation, silent mornings journaling and inward reflection. In the evening there will be a long restorative practice like Yin, Slow Flow and Somatic Movement to help down regulate your nervous system.
In between there will be plenty of time to relax - sunbathing, reading books, strolling around the incredible local walking trails, day trips to the beach and local towns, massages and treatments, and most importantly moments to yourself to do as you wish.
We recommend that you have a minimum of 6 months regular yoga practice experience in order to join this retreat, so you can get the most out of this experience.

Off-grid Living
Off-grid Living
Nestled in the heart of the Andalusian desert, our retreat centre is completely off-grid - and we think that's something worth celebrating.
We run entirely on solar energy, we have our own water supply, and we reduce our footprint wherever possible. There are no mains connections here, no hum of the national grid, no endless supply of resources on tap. What there is, is something rarer: a genuine invitation to slow down, consume less, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the land.
What this means in practice
The desert is a place of abundance and scarcity in equal measure. The sun gives us everything we need to power our days, but we ask guests to be mindful of how they use that energy, turning off lights when leaving a room, avoiding charging devices overnight, and embracing the quiet that comes when screens are set aside.
Water here is precious. We ask everyone to take shorter showers, turn off taps fully, and treat every drop with the same respect the land itself demands. During drier periods, supplies can run low, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation when they do. Many guests tell us that the off-grid nature of the retreat becomes one of the most meaningful parts of their stay. There is something quietly powerful about living within limits, about noticing how little you actually need, and how much more present you become when the usual conveniences fall away.
This is a place to unplug in every sense of the word. To remember what it feels like to live lightly.
Where you’ll stay
Oru El Saltador, Almeria, Southern Spain
-
Nestled in the gentle hills of the Sierra Alhamilla in Almeria, Spain, lies Oru El Saltador. It is located at the crossroads of the Tabernas Desert and the wild beauty of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park.

You will need to book your own flights for this retreat. For this retreat we recommend flying to and from Almeria airport. There is also the option to fly to Murcia but please note that it is a longer drive to this airport (roughly 2 hours). If you want to spend a little longer in the area, or extend your trip, we really recommend this - there’s so much to enjoy in the area!
Once at either airport, we will arrange taxi transfers to collect you (this will be an additional cost) or you are welcome to hire a car if you wish. Almeria airport is 45 minutes drive away, Murcia is 1 hour 45 minutes away.
-
Once you have chosen your airport of choice, we can help arrange taxi transfers for you direct to the venue.
Almeria - 45 minute drive
Murcia - 1 hour 45 minute drive
If you'd like a no-fly option, we recommend checking out seat61.com to plan an over-land route. To get from London to Almeria via train you can plan one or two overnight stays in South of France, Madrid or Barcelona!
